what's the process?
Discovery: We begin by understanding your requirements, goals, and target audience. We spend time getting to know you and your brand so we can determine the website’s purpose, design, and functionality.
Planning: In this stage, we define the website’s structure, content, and features. This includes creating sitemaps, wireframes, and defining the user experience.
Design: Once the website’s structure is agreed, we’ll start working on the visual elements of the website, including the layout, colour scheme, typography, and imagery. We’ll listen to your feedback and make recommendations throughout the design process, resulting in a design you’ll love.
Development: This is when we start building the website functionality and bring the design to life. The team also integrates third-party tools and plugins to elevate your site, whether that’s an e-commerce functionality, social media integration or something else! The majority of our websites are built on the WordPress platform.
Testing: Your new website is thoroughly tested to ensure that it works correctly on different devices and browsers. The team also checks for security vulnerabilities and optimises the website’s performance.
Launch: Once your website is tested and approved, it is launched to the public. We’ll also set up analytics tools to track user behaviour and website performance.
Maintenance: Our support doesn’t stop after your site goes live. All websites require ongoing maintenance to ensure that it remains secure, updated, and performs well. This includes regular backups, updates, and security checks. It’s really important, and we’re here to help.
Content Management: We have monthly and annual packages that provide content management services for your website. These range from us stepping in to support your staff when you need us, to us taking care of the entire website. Each website is different – some need 20 updates a day whilst others need 20 updates per year. We can provide custom packages no matter how big or small your website.

how much & how long?
Our prices are incredibly reasonable and start at £1,500 for the simplest of websites. Get in touch and we’ll be able to provide a ballpark figure before working on a detailed quotation.
We don’t use standard pricing models because there is no such thing as a standard website. We tailor everything to your needs, with each website serving a unique purpose, targeting a specific audience and requiring different functionality. Being realistic, it’s impossible to have set pricing for web design and development.
Timeframes can range from a matter of days to a matter of months. For example, a website with a simple layout, a small number of pages, and basic functionality will take less time to produce than a website with hundreds of pages, complex features, and intricate designs.
The level of customisation is also a key factor in cost and timeframes. Some websites require extensive customisation, such as unique graphics, animations, or custom code. There are also websites that use existing assets, or stock images.
Additional services, such as SEO, content creation, and website maintenance also impact the cost and timeframe depending on your individual requirements. You’ll want to have all of this, and we can help find the best packages to suit your needs.
